• Builder-minded → You light up at the thought of empowering others to build and learn. You already build for fun in your free time, or if you haven’t yet, you can’t wait to start building.
• Inclusive → You meet people where they are, whether they’re shipping their first project or their second startup, and you help them grow. You are genuinely curious and are excited to meet new people.
• All-In → When you think about joining the cseed team, it’s a HELL YES, not “eh, maybe cool… ?”
• High-Standards & Detail-Oriented → You take your work extremely seriously, you bring a giver mentality, and you understand that low-quality work & shortcuts are never acceptable.
• Reflective, Iterative, and Open→ You understand that high-quality work is only a result of reflection, iteration, and honest discussion.
• Vision-Driven → You’re not the type to say “it’s just a college club, it’s not that deep,” because with a big vision, it really is that deep.
